awesome varietyclean pool

The buffet breakfast HAD an awesome variety of foods. The fitness center included several treadmills AND weights. I enjoyed using all the facilities. The pool was very clean.

The sofas had a slight smell.

pool noisecleaning issue

The noise was not good. the pool area became so loud. Childrens screamed near my window which was bad because it faced the pool. also, the cleaning staff did a poor job. i found hairs in the bathtub and what seemed like mouse droppings. The manager insisted were chocolate. this really bothered me.

The bell boy, tony, showed very nice honesty when he secured and returned my wallet (i thought it was lost forever!). i appreciated the staff's overall hospitality and attentive service during my nights stay. poppy helped make our experiences special, and i am grateful for her assistance. She enhanced the romantic atmosphere. the location proved quite convenient.

One minor downside, i noticed some wear on the room door. It just shows its age a bit.

breakfast offered a large variety of fresh choices with different types of cuisine (especially the pancakes!). the on-site coffee shop serves coffee with a variety of drinks, located close to the lobby for an easy access. i found that lunch at albricias restaurant was fabulous, especially thanks to the server, dear.

my beautiful studio king room had a comfortable bed and separate living area. the kitchen was furnished with all the necessary appliances for preparing meals. the bathroom was complete with rainfall shower and separate sinks providing all the things i need for my romantic vacation.
